We reserve the right to update our website, products, pricing and these terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery options at checkout, with estimated delivery times depending on your location and selected service.
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.
Bandolero remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or someone you have authorised to receive it.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Bandolero Streetwear operates an exchange-only policy for change-of-mind requests, subject to your statutory rights.
Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- In their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Free from damage, stains and odours.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Where statutory cancellation or refund rights apply, these will be honoured.
6. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Bandolero offers exclusive bespoke pieces made specifically to customer requirements.
All bespoke, made-to-order products are final sale.
Once an order has been placed, bespoke products cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for a change of mind, including incorrect size selection.
Please review all sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
7. Refunds
Bandolero Streetwear does not offer discretionary refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Where applicable, we offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to our exchange conditions.
Refunds will only be issued where required under applicable consumer law, including statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
8. Product Information
We aim to display our products, colours, materials and sizing as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes or product finishes.

9. Intellectual Property
All Bandolero Streetwear branding, logos, designs, graphics, photography and website content are the intellectual property of Bandolero Streetwear or their respective owners.
