Returns & Exchanges
Bandolero operates an exchange-only policy for change-of-mind requests, subject to your statutory rights.
Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- In their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Free from damage, stains and odours.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Bandolero offers exclusive bespoke pieces made specifically to customer requirements.
All genuinely bespoke, made-to-order products are final sale.
Once an order has been placed, these products cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for a change of mind, including incorrect size selection.
Please carefully review all sizing and product details before completing your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Bandolero does not offer discretionary refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
For eligible standard products purchased online, customers retain their statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and must return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Uspage with your order details and photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
